Shipping & Returns
Each pair of glasses is made up for your individual prescription. This process takes approximately 5 - 10 business days to complete. Once your glasses have shipped you will receive a confirmation email, along with a tracking number to track your delivery with New Zealand Post.
If you would prefer to pick up in store so that we can check and adjust your frame (which we highly recommend!) you can select pick up options at checkout.
Disclaimer - all delivery dates are estimates only, not guarantees, and assume that the customer has given full information (correct customer info, valid prescription, PD, doesn't need a lens upgrade), AND that no delays occur at the lab end. Missing information will trigger delays.
Please note, all sale items are final. No refund or exchange applies for change of mind (including - but not limited to - colour, size, and/or style changes). Standard manufacturing warranties for product faults apply to all products. Please contact

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Our returns policy is 30 days. All we require is for you to send them back to us or drop them at one of the boutiques. If you have any issues with the frames, lenses or any other part of our product, please call us or send an email and we will do our best to sort it out straight away.
MY FRAMES DON'T FIT PERFECTLY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your frames don’t fit properly or you have any other concerns please ring or email us straight away so we can help. Links to each of our locations are above, and we are always happy to help in-store. If this is not convenient please call us on 03 433 0421 and we will arrange for a return or advise on options to ensure you get the perfect fit.
